Preparing for your Interview
Ask the Agency all the relevant questions you can think of remember they will give you lots of information already so probe with them further. Look on the client website and if possible try to get any brochures or other marketing material on the client.
Look at the interview process, how many interviews will there be, with whom, are there any technical areas to cover. Will there be any tests to perform. Ensure you know where the interview will take place and at what times again find the best routes and allow ample time. Think of what you would like to ask the interviewee remember you have to make the choices as well as the clients. Always wear the appropriate dress again your consultant will be able to guide you on the Clients dress codes. Some of the standard questions you may be asked are:
- What do you know about the company?
- Who were you last interviewed with and what was the outcome?
- Why choose this career?
- What has been the most disappointing time in your career?
- What has been the most rewarding time?
- Why do you want to work for us?
- What benefits can you bring to the business?
There are many more so take time to think of what you may be asked ,be prepared for that unexpected question.
