Sales Trainer. The role will be primarily H.O based in Swindon (so the candidate will need to be able to travel there easily) & entail 3 key functions Induction of advisers, delivery of field based workshops across the U.K & involvement in Corporate initiatives as required.
The role has a salary guide of £40K basic plus Bonus plus usual benefits of Pension, DIS, BUPA, Holiday, but no car. .
Person Specification
3 years experience in training & development
Ability & experience of design of workshop style sales & technical content
Excellent presentation skills
Excellent communication skills
IT literate
Ability to coach & develop advisers
Experience of testing & assessing competence
A can do approach whilst working within a bigger Team
Able to display sound judgment when assessing risks and developing action plans
Role Purpose
The main purpose of this role is to design, maintain & deliver as part of a Team, all Induction training across the Clients Group covering the clients multi-tie, clients Wealth Management. This role is mainly office based but may require some travel for bespoke courses & regulatory training. The secondary requirement is to deliver knowledge & skills workshops for appropriate advisers enabling them to achieve Competent Adviser Status within expected timetables & maximize sales opportunities. This will require travel to location across the UK. Lastly respond to corporate initiatives from the Board & be involved in the delivery of the task.
